Our New Virtual Receptionist 

From 28th January, our surgery will begin using Emma, an advanced virtual receptionist designed to improve the way we handle patient telephone calls.

Emma answers every call instantly and removes long waiting times. Instead of being placed in a queue, your call is handled straight away, helping you get the support you need more quickly.
According to QuantumLoopAI, Emma can answer every call within three rings, manage hundreds of calls at the same time, and integrates safely with NHS consultation tools.

Emma is also designed to be inclusive. She can speak all major languages, making it easier for patients who prefer to communicate in another language
